Our Resolution Policy
Our goal in service is to resolve the problem or problems that you are having with your computer. We find it is common practice in some places to "fix at" computers knowing that the customer will return again and again, some times even with the same problem.
We want to be different. Our Resolution Policy is that if we fix a problem for a charge but a bigger problem still existed, we will subtract the first charge from the price of the total solution. For example, if we replace a part in your computer and charge you, and then after a short time your motherboard goes out and you opt to buy a new or used computer as a solution. We will subtract the full charge from the price of your replacement computer.
The idea is to solve the problem and that is what all of our policies and guaranties are about. |
